NY State Insurance Superintendent Eric Dinallo has informed representatives of the Governor’s Task Force on Medical Liability that unless dramatic medical liability legislation is passed in 2008, he will be forced to raise medical malpractice insurance rates from 11-to-25% within the coming weeks.  This is on top of what we are currently paying.

We need our patients to call Assembly Majority Leader Ron Canestrari at (518) 455-4474 and demand that the New York State Legislature pass medical liability reform during the August Special Session.
