We have two locations. In Ballston Spa we’re in Country Club Plaza, next to Pizza Time. Our address is 418 Geyser Road. Our phone number is (518) 584-5331 and our fax is (518) 584-5332. We are open Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm. We’re closed for lunch between noon and 1:00pm.
In Corinth we are across from Tops. Our address is 101 Main Street.
Dr. Meyer and Dr. Malin are board certified in Family Medicine. We accept most insurance plans.
Dr. Meyer is a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner for the FAA, and we offer first, second and third class medical examinations for pilots at our Ballston Spa office. We have recently become certified in the FAA HIMS program.
